Giffy Mart, operating under its parent company Yateerala, specializes in customized corporate gifting products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
No Return / No Refund on Customized Products
All products offered by Giffy Mart are customized based on customer requirements, including logos, branding, or company names. Therefore:
Customized products are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once an order is confirmed and production has started:
- Returns will not be accepted
- Refunds will not be provided
- Order cancellations are not allowed
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, customers must notify Giffy Mart within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a claim, the following are mandatory:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- An unboxing video
- Order details
After verification, Giffy Mart may offer a replacement at its sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Incorrect Customization
Giffy Mart is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information, logos, or artwork provided by the customer. Customers are advised to review and approve all customization details before confirming their order.
