Order Processing

All orders are processed only after full advance payment is received and customization details are finalized and approved by the customer.

As our products are customized, production timelines may vary depending on the product type, design complexity, and order quantity.

Shipping Coverage

Giffy Mart currently ships products across India.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Mumbai.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Production Time: Depends on product type and customization requirements
  • Dispatch Time: Generally within 3–10 business days after design approval (may vary based on order size)
  • Delivery Time: Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier partner

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery. Shipment tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Responsibility

Giffy Mart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives damaged, customers must inform Giffy Mart within 24 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • An unboxing video
  • Order reference details

After verification, a replacement may be offered at Giffy Mart’s discretion. Refunds are not applicable.
